BS(Basic salary)

PI( Product Incentive)

Special bonus in terms of the BSC, which measures each employee's performances per quarter.

PS(Profit Sharing)

When the expected aim of management by each division is accomplished, a part of the surplus is to be distributed to the staff and employees subject to the approval of the board of directors which is held once a year.
